  I stop here on the way to work at least once a week. Maybe once every three weeks is my order correct. I get iced coffee with caramel swirl and cream. I either get no caramel, no cream, or this week I somehow got almond milk (thank goodness I don't have a nut allergy). Since I'm in a hurry on the way to work I never notice until I'm down the road. It's just not that hard to put 2 things in a coffee... or so I thought. I've never been to another Dunkin location that was less than perfect with getting my order correct.

  The way they make the macchiatos, cappuccino, latte is very inconsistent. Something's I get what tastes like only steamed milk, waste of money. I order mines with caramel flavoring and the flavor is left at the bottom of the cup, they don't even bother in stirring it. I always keep the receipt to fill out a survey just in case my drink is not prepared/made accurately, which is pretty much all the time. Hit or miss with this Dunkin'.

  The staff is nice but I think management is incompetent. There must be a very little training. I've been to this place probably 50 times over the last six months and my order is messed up at least 75% of the time. Also, I don't order anything complicated and I get the same thing every time. Frustrating bc I like DD coffee and it's really close to my house.
