  Love this place for the choice of menu items.
  I appreciate the manager's gesture when the person who was ringing me up was not courteous enough. The manager asked her to go and get the stuff (butter and Creme cheese of the flavor that I wanted ) while she was avoiding my request to get me the flavor oft choice and extra butter cubes.
  For that one incident, I chose to go there again when I'm in mood for breakfast and coffee.

  This place used to be good when Nelson was the manager. The food was good, and the service was excellent. Nelson left about a year ago and the place has been going down hill ever since. The last few times I have gone the food as been sub-par, and the service hit an all time low when I attempted to take my son for dinner last night. We arrived at 6PM to find the doors locked. There were a few customers still dining inside, but when I knocked on the door to try and get one of the employees attention, they all ignored me as if I weren't there. They posted no sign on the door to explain why they closed early. Very poor management if you ask me.
