  This is the second time Dennis has made a retirement cake for my office. The first time, for a co workers retirement party, we had to change the date three times and they were so flexible and worked with us and created an amazing cake. The second time was a retirement cake for me that my office ordered. We had 100 people and Dennis created a cake that was not only outstanding to look at but was delicious. Everyone was asking where the cake came from. They also had Chantel's make cake pops for our guests and they were quite popular as well. I look forward to having an occasion to us them again. Thanks!!!

  ****Do not recommend for special diet orders!!**** We ordered from Chantel's for a work birthday because of the reputation without reading the reviews. We ordered a dozen of the gluten free (and vegan) cupcakes. The icing was so so. They were chewy and not cake-like at all. Plus, the person that had the birthday had a reaction to the cupcakes. Don't know if it was from gluten or the soy oil that he used. He said that they would have been better with eggs.
  He implied that it was the persons fault that they couldn't eat eggs. He is VEGAN. Plus, we received 11 with no explanation. He explained that there were only 11 because there were made without eggs. But I had to call to get the explanation. He also didn't say sorry or offer to make more or a partial refund. I am very disappointed because it was over $5 a cupcake! and they weren't even edible. Overall, poor customer service experience.
